Our Story

Established in 2016, Spiced Up Marriages set out to support married couples throughout their journey, specifically in the field of sexual wellness and enjoyment. Our owner has been in the field of sexuality for well over 20 years now and felt compelled to bring her talents directly to the covenant blessed by the Most High.

Spiced Up Marriages (SUM) has taken all of the vulgarity and stench out the stuff  to bring you honest yet frank information on experiencing, creating and maintaining your most passionate love life ever. Sexuality is meant to be experienced and thoroughly enjoyed in a safe, nurturing environment; we help you to do just that!

Through classes, live streams, podcasts, in-person programming and more, we provide you with the tools and resosurces needed to sustain the spice in your life!

Our Values & Beliefs

Marriages are the nucleus of family.

The family unit functions the most efficiently when the couple acts and lives as one. Everything offered here is to strengthen that nucleus through one of the ways the world often uses to break it apart, sex and sexuality.

Sexual wellness is a right and neccessity.

Society would have us think that sex has no other dimension except perversion and vulgarity. We at SUM like to say that we throw the covers off of such an inaccurate concept by providing honest education about living sexaully well throughout the life cycle but especially within the confines of marriage.

Education is good; Preparation is better; Implementation is best.

Having a place to acquire solid, factual information, support you through creating and collecting the tools you need and guide you through using them all accordingly is invaluable. But you can find it all here! Including an ever-growing community of like minded people on the same journey.
